Thank you for shopping at Arysti Intimate Fashion, where we pride ourselves in making YOU feel Unique and Empowered! 
We offer FREE returns / exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply in determining returns and exchanges. 
Returns & Exchanges: 
To be able to return, your item(s) MUST be in perfect condition as you received it and MUST have all original tags/labels attached. 
NO SMELLS, WEAR, TEARS, ODORS, STAINS or any other damages incurred by customer upon delivery. For more questions, see our FAQs page or contact us at Help@arysti.com 
Returns & Exchanges: 
- You can return and/or exchange an eligible item between 30-60 days of purchase - FREE return or exchange 
- For a return: if within 30 days, you can get a refund back to your original form or payment or made available as Store Credit 
- After the 30 days but before 60: we can only offer in store credit, which will be made available to you in the form of an Arysti e-Gift Card. 
- Eligibility Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: 
o Garment(s) must NOT have been used and show any signs of wear: NO DISCOLORATION FROM WASHING. NO STAINS from deodorant, lotions, etc. NO ODORS from deodorants, lotions, etc. NO TEARS from pulling of tag(s), sign of wear and tear, etc. 
o Garment(s) MUST have all original tags/labels attached to product 
o Garment(s) MUST be returned in original packaging: bag it came in, tags attached, order form included 
o EXCHANGES are also offered if the item(s) purchased is not the correct size/fit. Before purchasing, please refer to our Size Chart to help guide. Shapewear and some styles of bras may run small in size, so we recommend you measure before purchasing and size up.

Refunds: 
- Returns will be processed within 48 hours of being received 
- Any refunds will be submitted and processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving returns (merchandise). 
- If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact your bank first for status of return. 
- Management will email you with a reference number once return and refund have been submitted and processed through our system 
- For a return: if within 30 days, you can get a refund back to your original form or payment or made available as Store Credit 
- If after the 30 days but before 60: we can only offer in store credit, which will be made available to you in the form of an Arysti e-Gift Card. 
Shipping: 
- Once order(s) has been placed, allow 24 hours before tracking and order details are made available to you via email 
- Payment can only be taken online via debit/credit card

Arysti Intimate Fashion reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.
How does shipping work?
- All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, Monday through Friday. All other orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed the next business working day.
 - Available items, if in stock, will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours aLer order has been placed.
When can I expect my order?
 - Once your order has been placed, allow 24-48 hours for process and shipping out. Once it has been shipped, you can expect your order between 5-10 business days.
Who do you use to Ship?
 - We use carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and other US local carriers. Will I be able to track my package?
- Definitely. Once your order has been placed, allow 24 hours before you receive a tracking number to your email.
 Do you offer Free Shipping?
- We do offer FREE shipping to all customers with a qualifying minimum order of $100. This is before any discount and taxes have been applied.
 Do you accept different forms of payment?
- Absolutely! We live in the 21st century going on 30th where we don’t just use one form of payment. We accept all original forms of payment such as debit/credit card. We also offer payments through Klarna, PayPal, etc.
