1. When will I receive my order?

Your Arysti Intimate garments will arrive 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

2. What is your policy for returning or exchanging a product?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy page for more details.

Anyone wishing to return or exchange an item 30 days from the date the order was placed to do so.

Not all garments are eligible for return or exchange. Some are FINAL SALE items.

3. How do I make sure I'm ordering the correct size?

Our website and catalog have size charts that can help you with the measurements of our garments and how they fit. We recommend that you measure yourself before placing your order, as some of our garments run small.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping and taxes depend on the total of your order. However, we offer Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $50+ with tracking. Orders under $50 ship for $6.95

5. How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and instructions on how to track it online within 24 hours.

6. Where do your materials come from?

All the materials used for our luxury garments come from Colombia and surrounding regions. Our brand is cruelty-free, made with the finest laces and silks.

7. What product do you recommend for bust and back support?

We recommend our Medium Support Bra. Excellent for bust and back support.

8. Where do your products come from?

All our materials and finished products come from Colombia to Texas for quality control before being shipped to our customers.

9. Are all your garments eligible for returns or exchanges?

No. All panties, thongs, and shapewear are final sale. We also have limited-edition items, and only certain colors and sizes are available for a limited time.

10. If I have more questions about my order or a product, how do I contact a team member?

You can email our team at help@arysti.com. We will assign you a team member who can help answer any questions you may have about your order or garments. We want you to feel good about your orders and are here to give you the best experience!

We offer FREE return/exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.
